As we are gradually begin to re-open our office at Thrive, some things have changed so we can ensure the safety of both our clients and staff.  Our administrative staff can answer emails to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or you can locate their email addresses and contact numbers in the “About Us” tab on our website.  Our staff also attend the office weekly to handle mail, banking and other office items.  When required, we are able to safely accommodate face to face meetings with planning.The COVID-19 pandemic is not over and will continue in our community for many months to come.  As we begin to transition our offices for face to face appointments, our plan has been aligned with our government and public health partners and emphasises the safety of all. 

Infection Protection and Control has been a key change in our reopening plan. We have introduced new signage on the floors and walls, wayfinding and the new ‘flow’ of the office space. Together with a new screening station in the front reception, these measures help everyone to maintain physical distancing, support hand hygiene and universal masking.
